Australian Angus Beef

Established in 2009, our farm began with a modest 70 acres and a small herd of horses and cattle. Over the years, dedication and careful stewardship have seen the operation grow and diversify. Today, our livestock includes Scottish Highlanders, Black Angus steers, goats, 24 Angus heifers, and 15 newly born calves.
With more than 16 years of primary production experience, we remain firmly committed to delivering high-quality beef while promoting sustainable agricultural practices. The farm comprises 16 well-managed paddocks, each fitted with water troughs to ensure the comfort and welfare of our livestock. These paddocks are linked by internal roads, allowing for efficient day-to-day management of the operation.
As we continue to evolve and improve, our farm remains a valued part of the local area—focused on exceptional beef production and committed to sustainability as a long-term, responsible farming model.

At Ryedun, St Andrews Beach, our commitment goes well beyond the production of Angus beef. It is a long-term pledge to responsible land stewardship and a more sustainable future. Guided by a deep respect for the land and its natural resources, we continually adopt thoughtful and innovative farming practices that deliver high-quality beef while protecting the environment in which we operate.
Sustainable farming sits at the heart of everything we do. We carefully manage our land and livestock, recognising that each paddock and every animal plays an important role in a broader, interconnected ecosystem. Through regenerative agricultural practices, we actively improve soil health, support biodiversity, and build resilience to the impacts of a changing climate.
Our approach to sustainability extends across all aspects of the farm, including energy-efficient infrastructure and ongoing waste-reduction initiatives. By incorporating renewable energy solutions, we work to minimise our carbon footprint and ensure our operations leave a positive and lasting legacy. Importantly, our commitment to sustainability reaches beyond the farm itself, shaping how we engage with the wider community and the environment around us.
